SHINOHARA Tomoe is an eccentric talent/actress/singer with a joyful personality. She has released 4 albums and over a dozen singles since 1995. Her first album, "Super Model", was written and produced by Denki Groove. Her other albums feature songs by artists such as KONISHI Yasuharu (Pizzicato Five), Shonen Knife and Buffalo Daughter. Her album "Dream & Machine" was released in 1999 for her 20th birthday.

Lately she has made a return to music and is even getting some popularity in France.
